- Squeeze a small amount of gel in and around the nostrils.
- Pinch the nostrils together and gently massage to evenly distribute the gel.
- For dry, chafed noses apply as necessary to affected areas.
- Use as often as needed.
- May be used in conjunction with other nasal products.
