We offer nationwide delivery across New Zealand:
- Urban Delivery: $10.00
- Rural Delivery: $15.00
- Click & Collect: Free (from Kensington Pharmacy, Whangarei)
All orders are sent via NZ Couriers for reliable and trackable delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframes:
- Urban: 3–5 working days
- Rural: 5–10 working days
Please note:
- Delivery timeframes apply from the date the courier collects your parcel, not from the time the order is placed.
- Once the parcel has left our premises, delivery time is outside of our control.
Out‑of‑Stock Items
If an item in your order is unavailable:
- We will contact you as soon as possible to advise of the delay.
