What if I think I have symptoms of COVID-19?
If you arrived in New Zealand in the last 14 days, you should self-isolate for 14 days from the date you departed the last country you visited.
If you have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 you should self-isolate for 14 days from the date of close contact.
- Immediately limiting your contact with others by practising self-isolation. What is self-isolation? Read more here.
Call Healthline 24/7 on 0800 358 5453 and follow their advice.
- Refrain from visiting us in-store at the pharmacy. We will be happy to take your phone call, respond to your emails or to deliver orders placed here on our website or over the phone for your prescriptions.
- We know from other outbreaks that self-isolation is effective, and most people are good at keeping themselves – and others – safe and well.
Access to Medication
There is currently no need to panic about the supply of prescription medication in New Zealand so there is no need to bulk buy. However, we do recommend that you don’t allow your regular and essential prescription medications to almost run out before you organise a new prescription.
